Filters

Fiscal year determination: Evaluation dates from April onward = that year's FY; before April = previous FY.
Chart Calculation Methods
1–2. ZEB Count / Floor Area by Fiscal Year
- Data: Main sheet, all filters applied
- Calculation: Count (or sum floor area) per FY per ZEB type
- Display: Stacked bar chart by ZEB type (single-year values)
3–4. Cumulative ZEB Count / Floor Area by Type
- Calculation: Running total from the first FY to each FY, per ZEB type
- Display: Stacked bar chart (cumulative values)
5–6. ZEB Count / Floor Area by Building Usage
- X-axis: Building usage types
- Calculation: Count (or sum area) per usage type per ZEB type, within filtered period
7–8. ZEB Count / Floor Area: New vs Existing
- X-axis: New / Existing
- Calculation: Count (or sum area) per construction type per ZEB type
9. ZEB Share of New Construction — Count-based
