As a specialist in net-Zero Energy Buildings (ZEB), we deliver technical consulting across the full building lifecycle. Our two core services are new-construction ZEB consulting—integrating ZEB performance into the project from the earliest planning stage—and existing-building ZEB retrofit—transforming operational buildings into high-performance, low-carbon assets.
These services are underpinned by statutory compliance work (BEI calculation, BELS certification, energy code compliance, WLC assessment), technical verification (commissioning, energy simulation), and subsidy application support. We coordinate everything from application through final reporting.
Committed to the broader ZEB movement in Japan, we maintain and publish a proprietary database of ZEB-certified buildings nationwide (cumulative 3,769 buildings / 51,597,000 m² as of September 2025), deliver lectures for municipalities and industry associations, and regularly contribute columns to industry publications.
We have partnered with a wide range of public bodies and private companies on ZEB projects (based on FY2024–2025 records, alphabetical order).
